3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Prohibited Activities

4. Travel Bookings
Booking Process
When you make a booking through our platform, you enter into a contract directly with the travel supplier (airline, hotel, etc.). We act as an intermediary to facilitate the booking.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are subject to availability and may change
- Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
- Corporate accounts are subject to agreed billing terms
- Taxes and fees are included where specified
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and fare type. These policies are displayed during booking and are subject to supplier terms and conditions.
5. Corporate Policies
If you are using aiTouchTravel through your employer, you must comply with your organization's travel policies. We provide tools to enforce these policies but are not responsible for policy violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the aiTouchTravel platform are owned by Intelligent Touch Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiTouchTravel shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Travel disruptions caused by suppliers or force majeure events
- Errors or omissions in supplier-provided information
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aiTouchTravel and Intelligent Touch Solutions from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services (airlines, hotels, payment processors). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
11. Governing Law

We encourage resolving disputes informally first. For corporate clients, dispute resolution procedures may be specified in your service agreement.
